The murder of a British Ambassador's son prompted M to send her best agent out on a mission of revenge. Thus, 007 would find himself embarking on one of the strangest, and most dangerous, adventures of his life.
At first glance, the case was deceptively simple: there was irrefutable evidence pointing toward Nikki Le, a beautiful and talented French-Vietnamese classical pianist, as the murderess. However, Bond's instincts told him that to find the real killer, he had to ignore the obvious and dig deeper into Nikki's past, and her relationship with her mysterious mentor, Dr. Mikael Geffen.
Were Bond's instincts correct, or was his judgement clouded by Nikki's attractive and innocent appearance? Bond's investigation would eventually force him to come face-to-face with an evil that the world thought it had been rid of long ago, but indeed still lives on inside each and every one of us.
