You're right it should be black all the same color as the background chip. But it's very hard to read the number so I made it easier to read it

If any of you who are interested in set like this I can always change it back so it has a black number or the same color as the background.
A Casino set like this is 350$. plus shipment

Will you be doing smaller sets ? I for one don't play poker and have no need for a set.

It is a ceramic chip which has a weight of 10 grams.

I really look forward to seeing the latest products from Factory Entertainment and have bought some of them, but for some reason there was more joy when when I received the gorgeous doves from Henrik and the beautifully restored elcometer from Ed.  Maybe its an appreciation of the personal effort and genuine love of the subject that has driven these artisans to provide these things when nobody else would.

Can I just say "thankyou" to those members of this forum who are willing to share the results of those abilities that I lack.  Where would we be without you?

The quality of the props from Henrik is also very better than Factory Entertainment. I'm sorry for saying, but Factory Entertainment takes ages to produce one single prop after announcing it. If it even comes out, the quality is poor. That's my opinion.

In FE defence, you cant really put them in the same league, they have a Bond licence that needs to be calculated in to their products, just think how much the GG would have cost if it was made to the same spec as the original or even SD's version, it would have been priced way out of most of our price ranges. They also can't just go and make something and put it out there, it has to be passed by Danjaq and EON first, then again at the prototype stage, this is not an easy feat, especially when the said production company is making a movie.


We are lucky to have people like Ed, Henrik, MG, GM, Christof and Kan  ajb007/tongue  who put their love in to the work they do and share it amongst us here on AJB.

I think you are partly right. But when you wear the 007 logo and name on your product, and call it an official 007 product. So one must also live up to the James Bond name and deliver a certain quality.

Thank you for your kind words. I, and the other prop builders on this board, strive for the BEST quality with our replicas moreso because we are HUGE fans and the props we make are primarily for our own collection but enjoy sharing them with our friends.

I totally agree, but I dont think they have any GG's left in stock ? they have increased in value! how many are eagerly awaiting their GE device including your self  ajb007/biggrin   some will complain, some will love it, at the end of the day it is mass produced and aimed at the fan in general, if you have deeper pockets I would suggest you find your info out and get it made bespoke, like all the finer things in life, you get what you pay for  ajb007/martini

Personally, Im glad I got my GG when I did, I have always been happy with it, it is a great display piece for what it cost, I also know of others who hate it  ajb007/biggrin  if it had been double the price it still would not have been made to the standard of the original, would you be ok with 2.5k to 3k for a GG maybe even higher ?

If there are people out there that want this sort of quality then they should tell FE, maybe FE could get things bespoke made and charge a higher price? Im sure they would be open to suggestions ?

You are right  ajb007/martini  like you say you get what you pay for. I hope the GE device will be great. Unlike the GG with many moving parts, I don't think this can go wrong.

But it would be nice seeing official props made in higher quality. If FE did that, then i'm in. I rather pay 2000 dollars for a top quality product than 200 dollars for something i'm unhappy with. Rather a small but top quality collection.  ajb007/martini
