Now we have a system that the low paid pay tax and the people in the
Middle pay tax but the really, REALLY big earners pay next to nothing !

On the report, the aftermath of a rocket attack on a park. Kids have been hurt and killed. The injuries are horrible. Two lads who were mates 'played together, were killed together and now will be buried together.' Their bodies are carried through the streets and they're described by their fathers as martyrs.
I go upstairs and look in my daughters cot, she's sleeping soundly.
Sometimes the news can be wholly depressing. It's times like this I realise how fortunate I am.

Radio talk shows, on any subjet., and all the bigoted, hatred comes trotting
Out. Not only against the "other religion" but towards gay people etc. I'll
Point out that this comes from all sides. X-(
I really hope my daughters after a good education move away, to anywhere.
Where they will not be judged by what is an accident of birth your religion.

I made a short visit to Gaza as a student in the late 90's. The area is heavily populated and ridden with poverty. They are fenced in on all sides by Israel and Egypt, making it effectivelly in an open-air prison on a beach. The place can also be seen an political and religious pressure-cooker, making the next generation a generation with no hope and only anger. Their only outlet for their frustration is the inaccurate rockets they send towards Israel, however politically unwise. They never get to meet an Israeli anyway, like the older generation did. When a bus full of Norwegian students came, shoeless children ran after the bus, waving and cheering. Local didginitaries came to our party in the evening, something that speaks volumes of their isolation. It's a sad situation getting worse every year, because the radicals on each side get to set the agenda. I have no time for Hamas, but I feel for the children of Gaza.

was driving down the A2 today ,and some bucktoothed NHS spec wearing **** was poodling down lane number 2 (that's the middle lane to you TP ) doing 55 mph on a 70 carriage way total oblivious to all the cars around him undertaking him over taking him flashing/ bibbing him (we are all polite drivers here in Kent )theres never a traffic cop around when you want one ,
