    OK, here's another guess ( if I can put it in the right words ) :))

    Up until TB the white dots after the blood coming down, steadily got
    Smaller, disappeared, then Film appears. With TB after the blood
    Descends, in the circle ( which was a white dot) the film appears in it,
    Then the Iris ;) expands to fill the screen?

    It's the only one where the picture (Jacques Bouvard's coffin with the initials JB) start immediately after the blood descends instead of the decreasing white dot. {[]
