After so many film adventures, it's hard to keep an evil work force motivated.
So any examples from various Bond villains ,could help a young and up coming
Evil genius. All examples gratefully accepted. :D
I.e.
From LALD, Adam gives this advice to Mr Big's aquatic division !
" Bond ripped off one of our boats, he's headed for the Irish bayou.
The man that gets him, Stays ALIVE !"

Now that would motivate me to get off my bottom and give chase to this
Mr Bond.

    At this moment, a few examples come to mind. In From Russia With Love, Rosa Klebb and Kronsteen are brought together by Blofeld to explain their failure to kill Bond. Same scenario with Osato and Helga Brandt in You Only Live Twice. I'd say Rosa Klebb and Osato were sufficiently motivated afterwards. :D

    In Thunderball, a meeting of the SPECTRE agents in which one of them is electrified. Largo feeds one of his minions to the sharks.

    Yes, Luckily Bond Villains aren't hampered by Health and Safety issues. :))
    Blofeld in OHMSS?, Yes it's always good for your workers to see the Boss
    join in. Then when sending some young Trainee out on a job he can say...

    How about an organisation "Christmas Party" at the end of the year? (for those who make it to the end of the year of course).

    Can just see Blofeld with a Reindeer Jumper on, and his cat in one of those stupid "pet christmas costumes" they sell.

    they could have an "Office Fuddle" too, then get really drunk and lament about how that b*stard Bond killed "Jeff" in August.

    Perhaps some kind of "Hospital scheme" would go down well too? I mean, it's not exactly 100% safe being a memeber of an evil organisation is it?

    Nah, I can see him getting a Siamese instead. I love cats (as anyone seeing me make a fuss of Holly in the SABS can attest) but my Parents neighbours have siamese cats. They are aloof, stressed out unsociabke cats that are fearful and disdainful of everyone but their owners. Surprised Blofeld had a Persian instead as they are usually quite affable!
    I wonder about the army group minions. All those technicians, pilots, boffins? I mean its not like Q and his assistants who I can see joining MPenny in the pub for a drink after work, then buzzing home each night to see the family. Esp on Atlantis out at sea, on Drax's space station in orbit.

    I used to not dislike cats,but just didn't think about them, as we always had dogs.
    But my youngest daughter wanted one , so we got " Oscar" and I completely
    Changed. Fun loving, highly intelligent and very affectionate. ( that's just me !) :))
    I was told cats don't show affection etc but that's all bull, and watching him hunt
    Was like a live action wildlife show, the stalking of a mouse would take ages, but
    Fascinating to watch,sadly he went up to the big scratching post in the sky.

    I'd hate to work in the Human Resources section of any of the Bond villains.
    Having to try and explain the dismissal process must be a nightmare ! ;)

    Look at Drax, he had a recruitment agency to do all that sort of stuff for him, and to crown it all they got him Jaws!

    The same company probably used to get out the ashpan and brush for Spectre in the old days.

    On the plus side, you do get free uniforms and hard hats. Clearly you'd have yo choose your employer carefully, if yellow isn't your colour there'd be no point in working for Drax for instance. And I'm not sure who is suited by blue and orange so Blofeld's taste circa 1971 would have lead yo significant reductions in head count even prior to the oil rig.

    I wonder if they have a fashion adviser in HR?
