Goldfinger gets my vote. Pretty much defined the cinematic Bond combining all the classic elements exceptionally well. A great villain, iconic gold painted Jill Masterson, the iconic Aston Martin DB5, iconic laser scene, etc. Thunderball also has a number of strong elements, particularly the Bond girls. Memorable moments, such as Bond's jetpack escape and his dance of death with Fiona Volpe. But I do find the pacing rather ponderous at times.

Ditto. For all the same reasons. Plus, the underwater sequences, whilst technically impressive and lovely to look at, went on for far too long. Goldfinger gets my vote, as it never fails to impress and marks one of the highest points of the series...

It might be worth mentioning that GF and TB are the only two films made in the same sequence as the original novels.

(Not counting the FYEO short story collection)
    My current 10 favorite:

    1. GE 2. MR 3. OP 4. TMWTGG 5. TSWLM 6. TND 7. TWINE 8.DN 9. GF 10. AVTAK
