When I 1st joined the Bond club, everyone was after the Jack Purcell on the roads , now you never hear about them
    still wouldn't mind a pair though :D
By the way, did I tell you, I was "Mad"?

In general, screen-worn suits would have to be the most sought after, especially Connery's and Craig's. Those sell for tens of thousands of pounds. But for simply items that are the same that Bond has worn, I find it varies a lot from person to person. Ties seem to be really popular. I got one of the things I've always wanted: Frank Foster bespoke shirts. No single person has contributed to the wardrobes of more Bond films than the legendary shirtmaker.

Agree with Matt. I fell in love with Lazenby's suits, so, I decided to recreate two of my favourites: the Gumbold's Safe Glen Check, and the Palacio cream linen. Had them made to my specs, and I really feel as though I could be Bond whilst wearing them.
It is amazing how a proper, well fitting suit makes the difference....
Here is a pic of me in the cream Palacio getup. No pics yet on the Glen, as we are saving it for the reenactment of Gumbold's Safe this spring.
Oh, and what would I want as a Holy Grail of wardrobe?
Hmmm, how about the Lazenby formal with ruffles...yes, that's it!
    Cheers,
    Tom

I'd love a Lazenby Piz Gloria cardigan. Been after one for years. The Kingsman version is very similar, but man the price...!

Wouldn't mind the menlo jacket but there's no way i'm shelling out that kinda coin for one.

The suits are wasted on me, i'm short and fat and just about every suit I put on makes me look like I've been measured up for a court appearance.

For me it's the 'Casino Royale' pre title sequence funnel neck cardigan, probably made by GANT. Never seen the actuall one, neither has anyone on this board I'm afraid.

Scaramanga's white suit, screen worn. That would be lover-ly. Any screen worn clothing from the first three Connery films would be amazing.

You missed your chance for Scaramanga's cream jacket:

I've never even seen suits from Connery's first three films for auction, or show up otherwise. But the dinner suit from Thunderball (if it really is indeed that) sold at Bonhams for £33,600!

For me, it's still the bitter chocolate Allsaints cords (size 32). I saw a pair posted recently, but it was too late by the time I saw. Got pairs in grey and 'sedge' though, and love them. As of now, I have Scotch and Soda alternatives until I find them.

    +2

Magnoli now has his version but I'd love to know what the original was. At least there are several good candids of Craig wearing it back in the day.

My ultimate goal is the QOS TF cardi I have promised myself one if I ever visit Italy.

CR OTR's for sure love them and I guess a Zara shirt would be nice. For previous bonds I have items that are similar or re issues like Sunspel shorts from TB but I am realistic they were before the time I had disposable income so focus on more recent items of interest now and more likely available (Thank god for EBay).

Some interesting items listed above though for sure :D

    Cheers :007)

I would have to say it would be Bonds blue shirt during the Venice foot chase of Vesper at the end of CR. So much speculation and such a simple shirt but dammit I want to know what it is. Just need to find a screen used one and have a gander at the label. :007)

I'd always just assumed it was a long sleeve Sunspel? That is a nice outfit :)

It never was a long sleeve Sunspel! (or at least not a production version, they may have made it especially for the movie). John Smedley's long polo was the closest one but still not the real deal. The polo was never identified, like the whole outfit (because even the Nikes are in a colour which no one has seen personaly).

I guess of all DC's Bond films CR has the most unidentified clothing? and by now its probably way to late to find them.
