Moore Than - Thanks for a different reason. Mr Novak's comments are the first to say the Vehicles are miniatures too. I was worried they were all to be CG like the characters.

The site also includes some tech details about the Thunderbirds as well as character summaries of each of the brothers and Kayo. The tech details of TB1.2 and TB2.2 are the same as the originals, and the brothers are as well except Alan. Seems they have pushed him a little bit younger. Seeing the brothers in proper detail, they really do look like the originals a'la CGI.
This all looks quite promising!

Here are the short teasers for Thunderbirds 3 & 4. I thought Alan and Gordon were the other way round. Gordon looks a lot like the original Alan to me.

First look at Brains, Lady Penelope, and Parker. The opening episode is written by David Baddiel and will feature Sylvia Anderson, who voiced Lady Penelope in the original series, voicing Penelope's great aunt Sylvia. The episode will be called "Designated Driver".
I'd still rather have this new CGI version than the 2004 film 'stars'........ Goose was cool, he was married to a young fit Meg Ryan, then he was a doctor in ER and then life spat him back out as Brains. Dear lord.... according to witnesses at the time, when watching that Johnathon 'always the bridesmaid to Picard's bride' Frakes' abortion of a film, my face looked like I was trying to shat out a cactus when Brains made his appearance.

Very curious about this show now! Still there seems to be little to no news on Jeff Tracy's voice actor and appearance (or is there? ?:) )
I personally don't seem to mind the way the characters look, they still share lots of simalarities with their original counterparts. (with maybe the exception of Gordon Tracy, who I feel should have looked different!) I also like the Thunderbirds designs and the FAB1 doesn't seem to be that bad either! - Can't wait to she this in the full glory!

I assume the shot is a composite like the original of the Brothers, as Lady P and Parker are not the same height. Also Parker's face is slightly shadowed, Lady P's isn't. Plus even in this day and age, surely Parker would be wearing a grey suit and his peaked cap when on chauffeur duty? They have even cleverly mirrored the style of a modern Rolls Royce for the front of FAB 1, (as the original was based on a sixties model of the time) and you can make out the singular headrest of the central drivers seat.
The writing of this show better be damned good for all that these images are promising! - Speaking of the writing just to correct, - "Designated Driver" is one episode of the series, but it is NOT episode one.

It's not a rolls I'm afraid. Closer inspection of the grille reveals an IR logo in place of the double R badge, and there's no spirit of ecstacy on the top
Sylvia Anderson comments on Thunderbirds Are Go, being impressed in the way it has been done and by the appearance of all the characters, specifically her own creation Lady Penelope.

I skimmed over the article but setting aside the obvious errors (the Tracy brothers are not the only members of IR for example,) I treat this with a pinch of salt.
With all due respect to Mrs Anderson who is as charming and creative as she appears, she publically endorced the 2004 film abomination. Although I am still a great fan of her work and hope her next upcoming project with her daughter is a sucess, that perspective has blunted my opinion of her objectivity when it comes to Thunderbirds and its evolution.
According to Fanderson the first full trailer should be screened next weekend! Friday 13th on the official FBook, before ITV and CITV on Saturday 14th March.
