Driving home this morning (had brekkie with the lads ) I let this car pull out from his drive way (and, ? I can hear you all saying )
any way this car was a Renault Wind , never heard of it myself ,but a nice little car .But what made me giggle was this conversation that went through my head
Customer ,"er hallo is that the Renault service dept"
Renault ,yes sir how can we help"
Customer "I would like to book my car in for a service please"
Renault "certainly sir wich model do you have ?"

got back today from long weekend with a few mates...snowmobiles, guns and star trek movies! oh, and booze!!! we paid tribute to Mr. Leonard Nimoy...Mr. Spock...sci fi geeks that we are! he will be missed...I will say, the weekend was in honour of this icon but after that much drink...we acted like a bunch of Captain Jerks! )

Wore my new Barbour Commander the other night ,went out for a drink with the lads , (so left the Beemer at home)
had to get the bus home . It was brass monkeys out ,and my BC ,felt like a damp wet blanket .So, thinks to myself ,if I was Bond going to Skyfall lodge ,the BC wouldn't have been my first choice of jacket .As I would imagine that Scotland at that time of year
(well the lake was frozen) would be a lot colder than London ,just a thought 8-) 8-)
I love Barbour and have several of their jackets but I would never wear them to keep warm. Pretty rubbish at that, even adding a fur lining. When its cold I go for North face.
