Action Sequences You Wish Had Been Done By Bond

Have you ever watched a spy/action movie and saw a sequence and thought I wish that had been in a Bond movie.

Mine are:

Mission Impossible: Breaking into CIA computer
End sequence in Euro Tunnel

Mission Impossible II: Motorbike chase and beach fight (though I don't think any Bond actor ever had hair long enough to swirl as nicely as Tom Cruise's)

Mission Impossible IV: Chase through sandstorm in Dubai
Fight in automated car park in Mumbai

The Bourne Identity: Fight with Castel in Paris apartment
Paris car chase in Mini

The Bourne Ultimatum: Guiding the reporter through Kings Cross station
Roof top chase and fight with Desh in Tangiers

True Lies: Harrier jump jet finale in Miami

I've always felt that the Sandstorm Chase in MI:4 would have fitted nicely into a Bond Film.

This. I love that scene. The Bournes really do have some stand out moments.

I also love the final car chase through Paris at the end of Ronin. Here's hoping SPECTRE's will be decent.

The helicopter/car scene in Die Hard 4 seems very Bond-ish. I would have also like the 747 fight in Die Hard 2 to be in a Bond film. Finally, the scene from the Dark Knight in Hong Kong with the plane would be a nice Thunderball homage.

The final Fight in DH2 on the Planes Wing could be transplanted into a future Bond.

The final Fight in DH2 on the Planes Wing could be transplanted into a future Bond.

Without the main henchman getting chopped up by the jet engine. That would only work if a future Bond went down the LTK route

Bond and the Main Henchman could fall off the Wing, but it would be too much like OP's Train Sequence.

Hitchcock said that NBNW was his Idea of a Bond Film.

I would say that I wished Bond did a lot of things done in the Jason Bourne movies, except that eventually he did his own versions of those things :)) We all know that those other guys are just 2nd and 3rd generation iterations of James Bond; Jason Bourne on screen was literary Jason Bourne brought to life, who in turn was influenced by both Literary and Cinematic James Bond (except that Bourne became the first to perfect some of those things on screen). With Ethan Hunt comes to mind the tenacious lengths Bond went through with his infiltration missions, so to me, Tom Cruise using scaling devices Burj Khalifa building in Dubai is a homage to the feats done by Bond in the books and the movies.
