They could do Dr No. Have Austin drink spiked tea. They did Dr No in the first one, with Dr Evil's clothes in the climax.
Have you ever heard of the Emancipation Proclamation?"

They shouldn't parody anything after 1979. That's all they parodied in the trilogy. They need to do a ski chase have some villains like Tee Hee or Jaws.

    (1) With Austin naked in bed after sex, the camera flashes down to his body as he checks the time on his giant O-Mega wristwatch (with his face out of frame) and there's an overly developed, muscular body double with a super-buffed, super-cut, glistening torso complete with fake hair glued on his chest.
    (2) Austin is having a romantic moment on the balcony, his date with a vape and him with a cigarette, which his date plucks out while chiding him for being old school and throws over the balcony...he then leaps over the rail and works his way down via Parkour, beating the cigarette butt to the ground, which he then safely extinguishes with his heel next to an unexplained open can of gasoline.
    (3) Austin's chief is giving him a thorough tongue-lashing that goes on for a couple of minutes, with Austin staying totally cool and unperturbed while rolling his eyes, then using the laser in his O-Mega to carve "Basil Exposition hits like a girl..." on the underside of Basil's desk.
    (4) Austin is driving with a girl while a romantic, Bond-like song is playing (imagine Shirley Bassey singing Moonraker) and the girl says, "Austin, the song is about to end," to which he responds, "leave it, luv, and observe" followed by a close-up of the cassette player and as the song ends, the green arrow shuts off, a pause, then the opposite green arrow turns on! Austin then says, "high technology for a new era, baby!"
    (5) In several scenes, either Austin by chance needs to step on something, or whichever character also in the scene needs to step into a lowered area like an architectural trough in the floor, while that person is standing right next to a taller Austin Powers and is looking up to him as Austin talks.
    (6) The villain invites Austin Powers to enter into a secret chamber in which there are classy people gambling. He takes him to a wall covered in red velvet and the floor is a green baize. There's a croupier squatting next to the wall, doling out and taking in high-value casino plaques to players. The villain says, "the game, Mr. Powers is craps, in its purest form, "in da hood,"" while a snazzily-dressed cocktail waitress offers Powers a can of Budweisser or Schlitz Beer with its "head" foaming over. Powers then says, "You know the way to my heart, Mr. Blow-Task. Produce for me some pork rinds and I shall marry you."
    (7) Austin's face is badly beaten, with a fat lip, boxer's eyes, swollen nose, singed-off eyebrows, etc., but he needs to make a formal appearance of sorts. So the Service's quartermaster covers the lumps with make-up and outfits Powers in a tuxedo. Then, at this important event, women who look like models swoon over him while he pouts and even tough looking guys give him the head-to-toe, showing a close-up of their mouths as they lick their lips!
