DN- the Trilby hat. I have two Lock trilby hats, and I'll wear them more as I lose more hair. I look awful in knitted hats, though some caps look okay on me.
FRWL- The boat hat. Only if I'm piloting a boat, which I don't think I'll be doing any time soon.
GF- Bond's suit in the PTS. You mean the ivory dinner jacket, right? Of course, if I had a reason to wear black tie in the tropics or on a cruise. The only suit Bond wears in the PTS is a dry suit, which I might wear if I ever went diving in cold water.
GF- The blue terrycloth... thing. It's a playsuit. This I will never wear.
DAF- the pink tie. Pink doesn't suit me.
OP- the safari suit. OP has the nicest safari suit of all of Moore's safari suits, and I would definitely wear one if I went on a safari.
GE- the PTS outfit. Minus the tactical elements, sure.

So the long and short of it ,I want the SPECTRE Rome funeral suit (I cant afford the Tom Ford one ) So ive done my home work on the design features ,but I cant work out what the colour is ? .I know its a herringbone ,and one of our very esteemed members ,says its navy . It looks dark charcoal to me ,but I will bow to any one who says otherwise .SO far ive picked out a midnight blue super 120 wool cashmere , any help please guys
Addendum: Do not get a blend with cashmere. Though cashmere makes the cloth softer, it also makes it more delicate and less crisp-looking. Either get pure wool, or a wool/mohair blend (which is likely what this dark navy/midnight blue suit is).

I got to wear frogman's gear for a living for 10 years, unfortunately not the Orange ones just plain old Black.
In light of the recent discussion on the pink shirt outfit from You Only Live Twice...would you wear sandals?
Mocassins are the lightest shoe I'd ever wear before switching to flip flops. I'd never wear sandals.
Also, what about short sleeved dress shirts (literary) or monk-strap shoes (which Brozzer wore in TWINE)?
I'd be ridiculed for looking like a grandpa by wearing short sleeved shirts but I'd wear them anyway. I hate monks. The least attractive shoe ever made (even if some of the Prada era Church's are giving me a run for my money).
I think that this topic would be better suited in the Bond Memorabilia pages of the site.

Though without the light shining brightly on the suit it's a very dark navy, just a little lighter than midnight blue.
