Have you ever driven a supercar before?

I'm going to be driving a Ferrari 430 tomorrow! Which was a birthday present that my girlfriend and a great friend got for me! It's going to be a 20 minute drive including a Go Pro HD video. It's my first time driving a supercar like this, can't wait to for tomorrow! :D

    Supercar... Supercar...
    With beauty and grace,
    fast as can be
watch it flying through the air.
    It travels in space,
    or under the sea,
    and it can journey anywhere

    :D -{

(For those of us of a certain age :)) )
Yeah, well, sometimes nothin' can be a real cool hand.

I didn't get to drive it, but I was given a spin in a Bentley continental. ;)

Lexi, did you leave two burning tyre tracks behind, in the delorean ? :D

My Uncle had one...I've got a pic somewhere, I'll have to see if I can find it.

It was stainless steel and super heavy on the steering, but so lucky to have been given the opportunity to drive it, as he died shortly after...and it's now sold.

Here I was with the Ferrari yesterday! Gotta say it was awesome! Especially when my instructor revealed it had some sort of boost mode on the high way. (when releasing the pedal and then flooring it) it felt like you were launched and were about to take off!! :D what a feeling! Luckily I still have the video to enjoy too!

The cars in my life have been more Clark Kent than Supercar... :( :#

Although that 1956 Bentley I got to use one night when I was 18 was spectacular for other reasons.

I think for a few hundred dollars, NASCAR lets you drive a few laps around their track with one of their race cars. I might do that.

what sort of firm has Aston Martins as company cars asked a very polite Met Police officer, who couldn't resist giving me a tug ,
"have a guess" I said in my my best Cheeky James Bond style,i will let you drive her ,if you like, :D ,the officer, a very charming young lady ,declined my offer ,and drove away (true story) :)

but most people normaly shout "wa**ker"at me :# :))

I sat in a customer's Delorean, but he said that the acceleration was nothing very special.
I delivered a red sports car on one job to a client, and it handled REALLY well (I can't remember the make now, it was when I was a kid).
On a film set a stunt guy took me for a ride in his Mach I (think the DAF car only black & with a blower), & when he engaged the nitrous my head snapped back right proper!!!
