Hi guys it would be interesting to see if anyone has had any what i call 'bond moments' in life.. more come once you get used to the character.

I will give you mine first and tell me what you think..

When speaking with a customer ( I do security ) about the stakes being security tagged..

Girl customer : Did you know your meats are over priced and security tagged?

007_Ronin: (Slight smirk) Yes the stakes are very high in this place...

Bond moment 2

Girl in a nightclub walks over to me after I had been giving her a lot of eye contact..

Girl: Did you know that your vodka martini is very dirty ?

007_Ronin: Just the way I like it. Care to join me ? (Said with a slight sly grin)

Bond moment 3:

I caught a shoplifter who tried to eat the remains of his sandwich and tried to hide the evidence. Upon taking the last gulp the contents of the sandwich went down him plastering his clothes in the mess before he fell to the floor and with my help was captured by the police..

007_Ronin: Looks like he bit off more than he could chew....

What bond moments have you had in life ? Also it would be good to hear what you people rate mine!

I think you do not have to be a MI6 agent to live the Bond life. In fact a lot of MI6 work would be too boring for Bond himself. Better to get as close as you can career wise (security) making sure you put yourself in situations that alter your personality to give it more edge. I found security can roughen up your persona as you are in conflict situations every single day. A military career choice would not be a bad way to go either to start off with.

Travelling: Make sure you travel a lot and learn many languages along the way. Make sure you interact with females and find yourself a Bond girl.

Absorbing Bond: Never try to be Connery, Dalton, Brosnan or Daniel Craigs Bond. You will be acting and you will fail as I have tried. The best thing to do is imagine that you're a 007 agent yourself. How would your core personality and views/behaviour change ? You also need to start living the life of a bond. Start asking yourself what would the Bond YOU start doing in a lot of situations..

The take of 'How to be a better Bond' is also the same question as how to be a better man. I think anyone persuing this path will find many rewards for himself... if anyone has anything to add to what i have said then please continue to give us more ideas..

In my Bond immersion over the past year I have:

1. Learnt Basic German and been to Berlin on my own. Found myself a Bond girl and had a pretty awesome time.
2. Learnt Basic Italian. Found myself a Bond girl in Italy which involved doing a parachute jump.
