I ordered a 'bon' version of QoS on amazon.fr for 6,90 euros, with shipping to the Netherlands it will cost me around 14 euros. When I get it my collection will be complete as I also picked up Casino Royale today.
My wife bought me blood sweat and bond for £8.00 from tk max in York a few weeks ago. And I managed to buy the skyfall book from Amazon 18months ago for under £20 used but in as new condition.
My Casino Royale "Bond on Set" arrived today, along with these other 2 Bond books. I managed to get all 3 books on eBay for the princely sum of... £5! (Plus £9 P&P). I got very lucky.
I doubt I will get the QoS or Skyfall books for that price, but I will keep an eye out!

However, if you have listened to the DVD commentaries and the Inside documentaries you will not read much you haven't already heard. Good luck with finding the rest of the books, I have checked at several of the bookstores that used to sell them in Amsterdam and The Hague but so far no luck. If I do find one (or more) I will buy them for anyone who is interested.
Do let me know if you find a copy of Skyfall, I don't mind if it's in another language as it's the photos I'm very interested in. I went and got the French version of QoS as it was just £8, a huge bargain considering most QoS books were £60 or over!

I managed to get the French version of the QoS book for under $10. I think the bookstore spent more on postage to ship it to the US than I paid in total.
I can always give google translate on my phone a try if I have the need to understand the text.

I'm looking at all four on my bookshelf right now and the CR book is bigger than the other three. 'Moneypenny' bought one for me originally, second hand from Amazon, but the seller's description was quite rubbish and the book had damage. Picked up a mint one to replace it from the Cinema Store in Covent Garden last year when the DB10 was on display at the Odeon Leicester Square They had another mint one as well as some badly damaged ones. Was surprised to learn the shop closed in January this year, otherwise I would have picked up some other Bond stuff from them in their clearance sale So there are good copies still out there to be had.

I hear ya! I was watching the Skyfall's on eBay but they're like extortionate prices (£80-£150!) so I couldn't justify it either. I found one eventually through a Barnes & Noble affiliate bookstore in the US for approx $60 but then had to wait forever for it to arrive.
Keep looking, if I see another I'll flag it up here. Don't give up.

I finally managed to complete my collection. I just found a copy of the Skyfall book on Amazon for £15! It is being sold from an Oxfam in Walthamstow. Presumably they didn't look up what prices it was fetching on eBay!
