Yes, folks, there is a Santa Clause...and it's our own MG! Just received my Pysis Goldeneye prop in and I couldn't wait to show it off. YES, most people can take better pictures than me so these wont look too professional, but I was too excited NOT to put this in my collection and start snapping away.
First, the case...which is absolutely beautifully done, with all the details and nuances we have come to expect from MG...the copy, wording, images and plates are nothing short of perfect. They truly catapult the observer into the moment of holding a Q-Branch issued piece. The inside of the case is stellar as well...another plaque greets the owner with a uniquely numbered view (I have 004) and we get the first glimpse of the prop, perfectly nestled in the cut foam...again, exactly as Q would have ordered.
And to the prop itself...MG has surpassed his usual bar of excellence. Not only is the prop a perfect replica of the Brosnan held gadget, but the details, lines, writing, and paint are flawless. Seriously flawless...as in I was looking for issues and could fine NONE. Astounding.
In this day and age when we collectors order any item we ready ourselves for some sort of mild disappointment, almost lowering expectations so we aren't filled with remorse when we receive the package. With MG, he OBLITERATES expectations, surpassing them on every level. Thank you, MG...thank you for letting me own a piece that I coveted and craved for since 1995....thank you for being a professional and creating a perfect collectible...and thank you for allowing me to own another piece of your artwork.

PROPOLOGISTS: The Master! The Master! Show us the Master!
MRS JIFF: The who?
PROPOLOGISTS: The Master, The Prop Master!
MRS JIFF: Huh, there's no Prop Master in here. There's a mess all over my kitchen table, all right, but no Master. Now, go away!
PROPOLOGISTS: Jiff! Jiff!
MRS JIFF: Right, my lad. What have you been up to?
MICRO JIFF: Nothing, dear. Um--
MRS JIFF: Come on. Out with it.
MICRO JIFF: Well, they think I'm the Prop Master, dear.

MICRO JIFF: Nothing! I only cobbled together a bit of old tat.
MRS JIFF: You're only making it worse for yourself.
MICRO JIFF: Look! I can explain! I just sent out some of my rubbish--

MRS JIFF: Ooooh.
PROPOLOGISTS: Show us The Master! The Master! The Master! Show us The Master and his Props!
MRS JIFF: Now, you listen here! He's not the Master. He's a very naughty boy! Now, go away!
