In Spectre, Moneypenny mentions Jesus, Later Bond mentions Christ. In LTK
Pam mentions God ..... " Oh, God. It's Heller " so a couple of big celebs there. ;)

In SF Bond quotes Shakespeare "Brave new world" from The Tempest.
Although Bond has quoted Will in many movies, but Barbel is the Shakespeare
    Expert. ;)

Isn't 006's line of "to the victor go the spoils" a Shakespeare quote?

"Stradivarius of Cremona", also knows as Antonio Stradivari, is mentioned in The Living Daylights.

I think Stalin was mentioned too

"He's sick like Stalin" - Koskov during his debriefing at the Blaydon safe house.

Also in the same film I think Pushkin mentions Stalin too, when explaining that Smiert Spionam was from Stalin's time and was deactivated years ago, or something similar.

When bond states that natalya "means nothing to me" he's obviously quoting Vienna by Ultravox...

Edward Heath gets a mention in DAF.

"Sir Donald has convinced the PM otherwise."
Have you ever heard of the Emancipation Proclamation?"

    " I don't listen to hip hop!"

General references to 'the President' and 'the Prime Minister' aren't really celebrity mentions, unless it specifies it's a 'she' as in FYEO. It's generic, it could be anyone, and any time it's happening. If they mention a 'she' in the next film, be it a PM or President, it's specific.

The series is generally very good at not being specific about this stuff, or popular culture references, so it doesn't date much. The World of Suzy Wong gets a mention by M in GG, not sure really who she is...
