ITV Endeavour Fans?

I am aware that there is a Doctor Who thread and a Sherlock Thread, and the reason I'm starting this thread because I don't know many fans of Inspector Morse/ Lewis/ Endeavour.
I'm really enjoying ITV's Endeavour at the moment, Shaun Evans playing a young Morse does a great job, (with such big shoes to fill after John Thaw).
Great acting, enthralling plots, lots of classical music in the score and plenty of literary references.
The main writer is clearly a Bond fan, there was a clear reference to the Chess match from FRWL in one episode as well as a "Kronsteen" name drop.
Also one episode they visited the College of Arms, and was told 'Sir Hillary' was unavailable. :)
Scottish Actress Sara Vickers does a great job as Morse's love interest, and I thought she'd make a great Bond girl.

Was wondering if anyone else watched this fantastic show?

    Morse is one of my all time favourite programmes. Endeavor does a great job in capturing the spirit of the show. Love it. Lewis ain't 'alf bad either, but he's no Morse.

    Their relationship is a definite highlight for me. I feel like the creators of the show focus on characters and relationships more than 'exciting moments' like in Sherlock. Which makes the action and events better for it.

    Morse it where it all began and I felt like it was an improvement from the Colin Dexter novels.
    Lewis is still a good series, but it struck me that they changed the Lewis character too much from the Morse series.
    Endeavour for me has enough Morse easter eggs and elements, as well as its own stories and characters, plus 60's setting to be a good stand alone show

    Watched the finale of Series 4 and overall impressed.
    Nice to see Sheila Hancock, John Thaw's widow, in it.
    Good news that they are extending the series to six episodes next year. -{
