FAB Defense KPOS Gen 1

So, I purchased this off of Gunbroker in hopes of building a live fire prop from Spectre. Unfortunately to do so would require me adding things to the firearm that would make it far from screen accurate. These are becoming rare, so I figured I'd post it here and see if anyone would want it for an airsoft or stunt prop build. Asking $350 or best offer, plus shipping. No FFL required

Intrigued as to what would not be screen accurate, I speak as having built one?

Per Federal Law, I'd have to have a 16" barrel, or permanently pin a muzzle device to the barrel to make it 16" in order for it to be considered a carbine. Anything less and it's considered an SBR, Short Barreled rifle, and requires Form 3 paperwork and a $200 tax stamp. I found a 16" glock barrel that I could have a shroud made to match the suppressor in the film, but that would be a 12" mock suppressor, which is double the size of the one used in the film

I maybe interested. Do you know what are the specifications on what type of airsoft pistol it would fit?

    Best,
    Stefan

I used a Tokyo Marui Glock 19 then replaced the slide and frame with accurately Glock marked upgrades. See the Props Only sticky.

So it's an SBR cost issue, not that it would not be SA. Why not go down the airsoft route, it would then be a SA display model. BTW $350 is a steal and is the best deal I've ever seen for a. SA KPOS.

I'm not sure what SA is.

I recently decided to condense my Bond and firearm collection into one, so they would have to be live fire, no airsoft. Total investment for me to have a legal, live fire version of the Spectre PDW would be over $1000, and I'm also saving for a Beretta M71 and an Omega, I got a little ahead of myself with this purchase. Now if someone wants to swap their watch for the kit, bring the offers! Lol
