  You sparked my curiosity about this and from some quick research using Google Maps, I believe I've determined that scene where Bond gets out of the plane as being filmed approximately at this location;

  The landing scene where Bond infamously gets off the plane in Atlantis, and then rents a car that he drives miles away on a different island, so he can get to the One&Only Ocean Club (adjacent to Atlantis!), was filmed at the seaplane landing site that is now replaced by waterfront Atlantis rentals (facing New Providence on the south side of Atlantis).
  
  There was a tragic accident at the site, someone was killed not long after filming, and also the Atlantis income was raised steeply by building more Atlantis units over the site.
