It IS an awesome room! They have two of my favorite chairs in there too - the Aviator chair from Restoration Hardware - retailed for about $1600. I still want one of those! I wouldn't mind that house either.

I love those aviator chairs too.
But difficult to match with other fournitures.

I spoke several times with the former owner. He restored the pool area to SA using blueprints and help from the film.

If money was not an issue, I would buy this place in a heartbeat given its connection to James Bond. Love how the owner has a wall full of filmposters, even if the Brosnan films are not in the correct order. @ Bond Collector's Weekend's that is an impressive fact, goes to show how viewing a movie can have a practical use in real life.

The house may be cursed by Della's ghost. It has flipped multiple times since '89.

Anyway, if you want to see it, get in on our May jaunt through Miami and Key West--locations, a casino visit, trip to the gun range to shoot Bond guns, stay the night at the Fontainebleau, etc.
