    Love the fan art.
Why did you miss Danny's name off the top of the poster?

    My contribution :)

Did you give permission for IGN to use this on their youtube channel? They have this exact image as a thumbnail for their video...

Not sure if the link works right, but it is one of their most recent Uploads if you click on that at the top.

    Awesome if you did.

Er, icky if they just grabbed it.

    Very nice,I like this picture

That makes one of you. As usual, Craig's finger is far too covered with blond fuzz to be taken seriously as James Bond's finger! Furthermore, I detect a freckle and the beginnings of a hangnail! And everyone knows that the fingertip would not rest on the trigger in that position! And don't get me started on the weave of the jacket. . . What the hell is EON thinking, trying to pass this tosh off on true Bond fans?

Hardyboy is right. That is a seriously bad weave on the tux. Reminds me of a cheap hire tux I once took back without the entire right sleeve. But that's a different story...

Can I ask... why don't you include the wording of 'Skyfall' in your fan art?

    just curious....

Lexi, I tried in all different forms to add the official logo in the picture, but it simply didn't fit, in any way, with the logo in the poster, this misterious feel wasn't present, that's why I leave it behind :)

    Ah, okay :#

I am a typesetter by profession - and I also design book jackets for my clients. Sometimes I am given the job of having to fit in a title, that to me, is not right... however, it's part of the job. Can't have a book without a title...

I would have thought with your talent you could do the same...?
Or is it the typeface you don't like.... surely then it's a question of producing an image that goes with the title....

However, I'm not brave enough to even attempt a poster... so I can hardly judge! Just a comment....

As a teaser poster, or even a poster in general, the title can be excluded for style reasons. I think his point was that it just looked odd trying to add a line for the title and still maintain the mysterious, little-revealed nature of this as a teaser poster. Some Harry Potter posters don't include full titles for example, just his initials. My guess is that he had an arrangement in mind and it didn't quite fit in together with the Skyfall add in, but he can speak for himself there.

He had the choice to exclude it and did so. Perhaps it would be different if he was being instructed by a client. Looks great as is.

Thanks for that... hadn't even considered that the name of the piece... 'TEASER poster' was just that.

    My mistake - (I thought these posters were excellent....) and appreciate the clarification :D -{

Did you use my 3D render of the 007 logo that I made, it looks exactly the same, not that I'm complaining, it looks awesome! Here is the link to my original, if it isn't the same image used then I apologise!

Noticed over in the gunbarrel thread I have been getting some kind words said about a couple of my gunbarrel concepts for Bond 23, it's nice to be noticed in such nice ways :)
