3most underrated/overrated bond girls.

I was discussing this with a friend earlier.i just dont get the atttaction to miss pussy galore.she does literally nothing for me,too severe,frumpy hair,just not pretty.2ndly, miss havelock.granted a lovely set of pins,but nice legs alone does not a bond girl make.that voldemort nose and the sunkern,dead fish eyes are just not good.a toe for 3rd,agent anya amasova,i just dont get why people rave about her,she wouldnt be in my top 15,and likewise magda, with her football field sized forehead and curled bottom lip i really dislike her looks.these are by no means the ugliest girls,but OVERRATED IMO.ill leave this open to discussion while i work out my 3underrated ones.

    I think Anya Amasova is quite overrated. I think Barbara Bach's acting is really wooden and there is something that I find odd about her face.

    I must say I think Kara Milovy is a bit underrated. I think this is because she isn't an 'action' character, but really is more a damsel in distress, betrayed by the person she loves. I find the emotions that her character experiences are quite believably realised through Maryam D'Abo's performance. Also her relationship with Bond is quite well developed in the film and feels less like a fling and more of a meaningful romance.

    I have a thing for Christine Auger as Domino in Thunderball. I thought she and Connery as Bond were a great pair. She'll always be underrated to me.

    I agree Pam is underrated. She has character development, is independent and kicks ass. Plus, I think she's attractive because she's more unique than you're typical Goodnight or Solitaire.

    I can understand people not being attracted to less feminine women, but to rank Bouvier next to Christmas Jones and Stacey Sutton is a crime.

    Maybe I'm reading this the wrong way, but are you suggesting that Pam Bouvier is a "less feminine" woman? I don't see that at all, and she is certainly no less feminine than Christmas Jones or Stacey Sutton, and every bit as attractive..

    I meant to say less conventionally feminine. She has short hair, is assertive, armed body armor and a shotgun, compared to most of the Bond girls who were more girly and shielded from the thick of the action.

    What makes Bouvier work in LTK was that she was a perfect fit for Dalton's Bond, who was a secret agent first and a lover second. If she were in a Connery or Moore film, she'd steal their shine away.

    Shotgun, body armor and bar fights vs. a British spy with a pistol. Yes, Connery would be a more effective more clean killer, but Bouvier would have the cojones.

    Good point. She was never presented as trying to be Bond's equal, but she sure saved his butt a couple of times! I recall being very sad when she died the first time I saw YOLT.
