  A good metaphor for the villain's dastardly plans been destroyed in a puff of smoke like their volcano lair or weird underwater aquarium shark tank on legs
  YOLT and TSWLM you can definitely see where the budget went but YOLT involves Connery, Blofeld and Ninja's so wins this one for me.

  Yes, nobody did it better.
  But my personal favourite is LTK, because in the end of this restrained & mainly realistic Bond film we (surprise!) STILL got a classic (if way smaller scale) harkening back to the master of villain lair destructions of YOLT!

  Dalton & Connery rule. Brozz was cool.
