If there had not been the Kevin McClory situation would more of the Bond Movies Villains in the Moore, Dalton, Brosnan and Craig Era been SPECTRE Agents?

    The Spy Who Loved Me was originally going to have SPECTRE and Blofeld return as the main Antagonists, but obviously that Idea had to be scrapped.

    I think The Spy Who Loved Me would have had SPECTRE, but I don't think any other film would have had them.

    Stolen Royal Navy Nuclear Submarines would sound like an ideal SPECTRE sort of thing, remember the Vulcan Bomber from Thunderball?
