Craig DVDs with no previews ?

A while back I bought the 3-Disc collectors edition of Casino Royale. I was pretty disappointed when I tried to watch it and it was loaded with previews for a bunch of random non-Bond movies. Today I got the new DVDs for Casino Royale and Skyfall with the white rectangle on the cover and they also have annoying previews. Are they any DVD release of these newer Bond films that don't contain previews? Perhaps a Daniel Craig boxset edition?
On a side note, I also ordered a Tomorrow Never Dies "white rectangle" edition to replace my ultimate edition DVD which mysteriously stopped playing. As expected the only preview was for the "breakthrough digital process" in restoring old Bond movies.

All 3 dvds are missing thier own personal menu, which is a shame.
