Bond villains in a single sentence.

If you could use one single sentence to describe a Bond villain, how would it look?

Die Another Day: Col. Moon/Graves - A little boy ultimately still seeking his father's approval for his deeds.

TWINE: Renard - The stereotypical super strong Bond henchman leading us to believe he is the mastermind behind the whole plot.

Tomorrow Never Dies: Carver - A media mogul with a grudge against China for refusing his broadcast rights.

Side question, just where does England fit into his grudge though?

These are some of mine, what are yours?
