Quantum Becomes S.P.E.C.T.R.E.????

First off, I am a new member to this great website, looks like a lot of fun!

Anyway, am I the only one that feels that we are building to a point where the Quantum organization turns into S.P.E.C.T.R.E. or S.P.E.C.T.R.E. breaks away from Quantum to become it's own organization? Like Dominic Greene said in Quantum (great film by the way) "we work for any government" maybe SPECTRE will be an off-shoot of this. Who knows!

Sadly owing to years of legal wrangling and months in court etc.Eon no longer own the rights to S.P.E.C.T.R.E or Blofeld. I think that's why they came up with Quantum,To avoid getting involved with any real world groups. As Bond can now fight all kinds of terrorist with out upsetting any political or religous groupings as in the end it will be Quantum controlling them.
