Im trying to piece together a timeline of when bond would have arrived in certain locations in QoS and hoping some of you can help:

Siena, Italy – Was already in Italy from the end of Casino Royale
London, England
Port Au Prince, Haiti
Bregenz, Austria
Talamonne, Italy
La Paz Bolivia – August 23rd 2008 (see Greene Planet Invite)
Kazan, Russia

If QoS starts soon after the end of CR, seemingly set in 2006, then the Greene Party invite being dated 2008 is a pretty bad error.

Unless QoS is set in 2008 and Bond just kept Mr White in his car for a couple of years!?

Bond could've took 2 years to track down Mr White at the end of CR.
