    The steam seems to have run out of this one, so here is the answer:

    DAF - Shady Tree says "...he's upstairs playing Monopoly with real buildings..."
    LALD - Kananga declares that he and the phone company will be "the only monopoly in this country for years to come."
    TMWTGG - Scaramanga says, "He will literally have the sun in his pocket, a monopoly on solar power."
