Here's the BBC newsreader Huw Edwards wearing the same tie that Pierce Brosnan wears in Tomorrow Never Dies! (sorry for the poor picture quality):
He's even wearing the same outfit too: grey suit and blue shirt, although the shirt colour isn't accurately represented in my photo and looks lighter than it did on the television. Here's the tie on Turnbull & Asser's website:

A double 007 connection is that Huw Edwards also appeared as himself in Skyfall, when Mallory and M are watching the news report in which one of the uncovered spies is executed.
AND Alec Baldwin also wore the same tie in one of the Mission Impossible films.
