TF jeans with no composition tag

I've seen TF NTTD jeans listed on eBay brand new with tags attached but the composition/fabric tags were removed. Anyone know what the story is behind this type of product? Are they like "B" graded ones didn't pass QC or something?

A few options spring to mind; Tom Ford products do get faked, and discounted-lot (TK Maxx and those type) resellers are sometimes contractually required to removed tags from some brands' garments.
Hey can you explain this, as Ive seen the comp tags removed as well and am interested in why they are required to remove these specifically?
