Can anyone with experience in the matter advise on what is a reasonable asking price for an immaculate, original letter - with the book obviously. I have searched online but there are that few for sale its hard to gauge what's a sensible price.

Your best bet IMHO to put this in a good home as well as get reasoned pricing is on Facebook (Ian Fleming Foundation, James Bond Fiction and Locations, etc. pages). :) Solid collectors are there online in paperback works.
There may also be a good subforum here at ajb, but I spend nearly all my time here in props.
