Live and Let Die Tarot Card Set by Factory Entertainment

Just got my new LALD tarot card set from Factory Entertainment, and I had two questions.

  1. I've seen some other photos where people display the Queen of Cups paper-clipped upside-down to some nifty San Moniquan Hotel stationary. This seems relatively easy to reproduce and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the font to use for this or if there was possibly a way to download such a thing?
  2. This is the one thing that has me disappointed. I didn't realize when I ordered this the Death card was changed - and out of all the cards in the deck, that's the one I most wanted to display. Am I unaware of something about the history of this one? What are other's thoughts on this?
