Yes, he's great, isn't he? I always like to see such fraudsters exposed for what they really are - charlatans. It's a crying shame that they take so many innocent people in and cause them to part with their hard earned cash.

There was a fabulous documentary type program on Randi filmed during his later years…can’t remember which platform is was shown on…but it also detailed how he both exposed fakes and how he constructed his own deceptions…plus dealing with his homosexuality…it was fascinating 🙂

Yes, it was funny how his powers suddenly ceased working when he couldn't get prepping everything beforehand. It's amazing how he still managed to make a career out of it despite such negative exposure proving that people will believe anything at the expense of common sense.

No doubt the new headquarters of the NSAA (Icebreaker).

Don’t know if anyone here either listens to or watches Uncanny? The presenter is Danny Robins, he came up with the idea because of his love for the supernatural and the unexplained…he started as a stand up comedian and comedy writer, but I’m guessing this is far more profitable for him now. He started with a podcast called Haunted before switching it to Uncanny…it’s now in its second series on tv in the UK…I love it…
I could have posted this in the tv thread too…but felt it was better here..

Thanks, @Sir Miles. Darn, I missed this last Friday night on BBC 2. I saw it advertised and then forgot to watch it. I must catch up with it. I love this sort of thing.

Yes, I'd imagine so, @CoolHandBond. That was how I was able to catch up on that great BBC 3 UFO documentary at the start of the year. I'll have to check this show out there too.

The late great James Randi exposing frauds:
I absolutely loved James Randi…used to watch his stuff all the time 🙂

I'll have to track that down. I love what I've seen of his work so far. He used his magician background as a force for good.
Indeed 👍🏻 I loved how he ripped Uri Geller to shreds 🤣🤣

Apparently someone found this in a photo of Mars ....
Could it be the new Spectre headquarters? 😮
By coincidence (or is it?) I was watching a documentary on YouTube yesterday and it mentioned the exact same thing - except this was on the Moon....
Maybe that's where Elon Musk and the other "tech bros" are headed once the Earth outlives its usefulness? Shades of Hugo Drax there...
What did I tell you?! 😃
Whatever this is, it's a mysterious cover-up. See how the Martians/SPECTRE has covered the structure with sand? 😁
It’s either a remarkable linear natural rock formation or a Martian structure - has to be the landing point of the first Mars mission.
They've got all bases covered (on Mars and the moon).
It could be worse. Imagine if they found this on Mars! 😨
No doubt they'll be telling us it's just an ancient symbol of peace. Nothing sinister.
Just an over-enthusiastic architect .....
Indeed, could happen to anyone.
It's even happened here on earth .....
No doubt the new headquarters of the NSAA (Icebreaker).

I’ve never heard of this programme but want to see it now.
Is it on iPlayer? That’s the only way I’m going to see it.

It is…it was shown on BBC2…the first series is on there too…plus you can catch all the podcasts 😁
Thank you, gents, I’ve found it and am looking forward to viewing the episodes 👍🏻
I highly recommend this podcast from Danny…I attended a live show Danny did for this a couple of years ago…
