Join these two Canadian sisters as they watch a selection of Bond movies for the first time ever, and fall in love with 007.

Based on a poll they made, they began their journey with FRWL. Below is the link
I've enjoyed their videos a lot. I started watching on Youtube when Cassie did Band of Brothers a while back. I was delighted to see they were getting onto Bond, and have been pleased to see their reactions have been good and positive.
I actually haven't watched the Mission: Impossible reviews yet, but I did see their vlog from the Dead Reckoning premiere. Nice to see that McQuarrie and Cruise had good interactions with them and were so complimentary about their videos.
Popcorn in bed watches NTTD!

I just watched their NTTD one and it's very sweet how into Bond & Madeline's relationship they are. I don't usually do reaction videos, but it is quite interesting to watch a film through someone else's eyes. It actually makes me appreciate NTTD more.
love their reaction to the ending of OHMSS! they were both heavily invested in Bond and Tracy's relationship.
i know they don't like Jaws and it's a shame that hey only watched TSWLM, as they would've seen a different side to Jaws in Moonraker.
" I don't listen to hip hop!"
They look fascinated when Bond deduces Goldfinger's plot. Love this moment too ! Great writing and great acting, although Sean is far better and much more involved in DN and FRWL.
Some people consider this movie is overrated. I think the main problem is Hamilton's poor filmmaking. Keep the same script with Young, Gilbert, Hunt or Glen behind the camera, and you just get the utimate masterpiece of the whole franchise.
They've indicated more Bond films next year.

The lovely Popcorn In Bed sisters continue their 007 journey with The Spy Who Loved Me.
Do you get the feeling that they weren't as sold on Roger Moore as they were on Sean Connery prior and then Timothy Dalton next?

They enjoyed the Daniel Craig run of films the most. That's not surprising considering they're made with a more modern aesthetic.
and they seem geared a lot more towards women than the previous series; more emotion and feelings and domestication
Thank you for sharing this. Love watching these 2 try and figure out Bond.

"I never joke about my work, 007."
I very much enjoyed them watching the Mission Impossibles too- a run of videos which has a quite unexpected ending!
That was a really fun surprise! Nice to see the audience getting a personal acknowledgment
I feel that, while they seemed to enjoy the two Roger Moore movies they watched, they didn't exactly fall in love with him. On the other hand, it doesn't take long for Timothy Dalton to charm the pants off of these ladies. The Living Daylights seems to hit all the right notes for the Popcorn in Bed sisters!

Personally I am a HUGE fan of Licence to Kill, and it is fun to see the Popcorn In Bed Sisters thoroughly enjoying it!
This is a great reaction video, except it frustrates me that they never recognize the 1st appearance of Benicio Del Toro!
So they girls REALLY liked Timothy Dalton, I think more than Roger Moore or George Lazenby (and maybe even Sean Connery?? Probably not!)
How will they react to Pierce Brosnan? Their Goldeneye reaction has almost 250K views!
The PIB sisters watch their second Brosnan entry. I really wish they would watch Die Another Day!
They did all of the Craig films and haven't gone back to the franchise. I don't think it's on their radar.
I have never watched these vlogs before, but this wasn't as bad as I expected. I enjoyed their take on the movie and was pleased the things I liek about TND also resonated with their opinions. The fact they got the fun element of the movie and the contemporary plot , which still resonates today. I too find this film far more enjoyable than any of CraigBond, although CR is certainly an exceptional product. I'd give the girls a thumbs on on this one, although I may not agree on other films.
Assuming they really are watching these Bond movies for the first time, it's a great concept. After innumerable repeat viewings I find it increasingly hard to 're-live' the original experience of seeing the films, so something like this is very refreshing. Not that my own original perspective on many of the older ones as a boy in the 70s, watching in the cinema or on TV, compares in all respects with the perspective of a couple of young women Youtubers today!
I follow PIB. They were legit watching these films for the first time.
Some context: several of us were pushing for Cassie to watch the Bond franchise for a long time (over a year). She found the fact that there were 25 films really daunting, so she decided to do polls for all of the actors and do the top two films that were voted on (no polls for Lazenby or Dalton, she just did those), with the caveat that she was going to do all of the Craig films.
They really enjoyed the Craig films which is not surprising. Those are more modern in terms of aesthetic.
I really like the PIB ladies. They're not constantly talking and mugging for the cameras like some of the other reactors out there.
Carly definitely has seen the Craig movies before and was pretending (sort of, she forgot most of them lol). I do want to point out that somewhere they did promise to complete the series! I think it was in one of their mail-opening live streams, they were so inundated with 007 merch that they vowed to go back. I really hope they do.
They promised to go back and complete the series.
Their reaction to the ending of OHMSS is still an all-time classic video
Right, but they haven't made any moves to do so, and nobody has been prodding them to complete the franchise either. Right now, they're doing the original PLANET OF THE APES films (they just finished ESCAPE).
