Wrong sole type - DC's are glued soles, not stitched like Danner

I think they actually are stitched and it's just difficult to see due to the rubber ice grips.

Ok, I scrubbed the notion of glued on, looked at stitched on and i concur, i was wrong, I think they are stitched now, and the upper is identical to the mountain light 5 inch. Good spot!

I used to work in the film industry in Canada when temps were -40C on occasion (I still have a frost-nip scar on my cheek to show for it!). It's common practice for the cast to have industrial-strength parkas put on over their wardrobe when not filming. Sometimes over the entire costume, or sometimes the costume overcoat is removed and replaced with the parka to keep the actor warm. I still believe that the black CG parka won't be seen on-camera, but just used between shooting....but that's one smart black CG parka and would be very happy to be proved wrong!

Its too badgy ! Cant believe it will be in filming. Debadged yes, but not with a big bright CG arm badge ?

These to me atleast, confirms the black canada goose jacket, black boots, socks, and pants are in the movie. - Picture of Craig and Mendes on set at the IceQ Day 4 in Solden - http://thebondbulletin.blogspot.com/2015/01/spectre-bond-in-soelden-day-04-sneaky.html

Hmm tricky isnt it. He is with Mendes and not being filmed though. Agree boots, socks and pants must be likely but I guess he could easily whip that warm coat off and have something underneath e.g TF jacket

Anybody found the Canada Goose? Found variation but not thst model

Yeah it certainly is a tough call. I haven't found the jacket yet either.

Available to buy but looks like a fake! But if you really want it?

The badge is black on this edition so not quite so obvious I guess (bit like the Y3 Harrington in QOS) but I have a feeling this is no screen used, also looks quite big on him (layers underneath)

I suspect its the outfit UNDER the jacket that will count... However, the pants, boots and socks are a good bet....to me, I would wait a little longer for better pics...I am certain they will come as will better info. This stuff is too expensive to speculate.

They certainly don't need any help with sales in New York City. Literally everywhere I turn this winter I see someone in a Canada Goose coat.

True. They actually have trouble keeping up with demand for many of their items.

Defo, just doesnt look / feel right. After all, JB doesn't feel the cold like us mere mortals... Although I actually think the CG spirit / jeans / Danners look was great, even for on screen ?

    I have a few down jackets (white Dainese ski / black Aston Hackett / Napapijri), wore all fri sat sun with skinny jeans, levi boots and persols. 3 mates commented on my "DC" look -{

I think we won't see any of the CG jackets in the movie, but I agree with you on the "press shooting outfit": it looked great.

If you zoom in and squint your eyes a bit (!), it does look as though he's wearing the Tom Ford jacket - and then the blue trousers tucked into grey socks into black boots that we've seen in the other photos. As for the sun glasses and hat, they're likely part of the costume but there remains the possibility that both are removed immediately before the cameras roll to help keep his head warm and to protect his eyes from snow-glare while not shooting.

I would surmise that the hat is part of the outfit.

But which Tom Ford Jacket, we can't say at this time that it is definately the Tom Ford one with the fur collar. The other photos did not appear to be.

I would agree...because hats make a mess of hair and they'd likely be keeping his head warm between shoots with a loose hood than a restrictive hat if his hair was appearing on camera.

If only we had some closer shots - jacket definitely has the very prominent zipper.

Yes, very speculative based on these shots, but looks for all the world like the one Blair tried on in TF to me. Not sure if I'm interpreting too much but I can almost see the fur collar, the jacket appears to be blue and the zipper is definitely on a slant...

That's funny, because I think I can see the collar too...or maybe just feel it! If I had to bet, I'd also say it was Blair's TFC jacket but the one DC was wearing on the boat last week seemed not to have the collar!
