Moonraker is in the 21 new books at Folio society. They are speeding up that's 2 this year they may end up with whole series. I've got their Live and let die but they no longer sell it

    Cool. I guess they will redo LALD at some point since from a different era

    I read a interview with them recently and it indeed sounded promising.

    Believe they mentioned they can only work around the artists busy schedule regarding how many they can release per year

    I have just seen the update and have ordered my copy - so that is now Dr.No, From Russia with Love, Moonraker and Casino Royale. I also have a copy of the earlier LALD. If anyone is looking for a copy then I did notice that there was an example on e-bay a couple of days ago.

    As this is my favourite Bond novel, this is great news. I think I might get this one when it comes out. -{

    These versions really look like the most premium releases of Fleming's novels yet! I wonder if they're planning on releasing all 14 of these! (Does anyone know?) The artwork of Fay Dalton is absolutely stunning! And it fits so well with the world of Fleming, amazing!

    I haven't purchased any yet, they do seem a bit pricey! But if they are planning to go through the whole bunch, then it could defenitely be worth collecting these throughout the years.

    I found these video reviews of the books, to give everyone an idea what they're like:

    They have a 15% off sale on all of them for those that missed out. These will probably be the next Bond novel set to get along side the ones released some years ago by I think Easton Press.

    I used to collect folio society books and can vouch for their quality; however, they are overpriced and many of the books will plummet on the aftermarket.

    I'm sure Bond, with its cult following, will retain value and potentially even go up if these sell out. Folio does tend to release their really popular stuff in sets. I could imagine them releasing a box set with all of the volumes once they get around to finishing the series. I may bite then but for now I'll be strong and let my wallet be happy.
