Which film? Help appreciated!

Today my physiotherapist showed me a stretch he calls the "James Bond Kiss". You have to hug yourself very tightly - just like 007 did in one of the earlier films (Sean Connery, I believe) when pretending to be locked in an embrace with an imaginary lover to avoid being noticed by the bad guys. I recognised the scene instantly, but can recall neither the film, nor the scene / from whom 007 was avoiding detection. Any ideas? Your expert help appreciated in advance!

The film is Diamonds Are Forever. The scene is just before Bond and Peter Franks catch the elevator up to Tiffany Case's place.
