Count me as a fan of the OB polo shirts as well. I have a couple of Sunspels and they're nice, but the fit of the OB honestly can't be beat.

+1 The Felix and Sebastian are great fits for OB polos. The recent Sunspels are disappointing IMO. I'm fortunate enough to have a couple of 2008 Sunspel Riviera's and the fit on them equals the OB polos.
    I'm sorry......that last hand...nearly killed me

I was asking about the dri release sporty polo shirts not the regular polo shirts. I have to agree that OB polo shirts are better and I should know as I have over 50 items of OB gear :))
    Yes. Considerably!

Dang....thats a lot....and yes, I was talking about the dri-release version as well...its the way the shirt tapers vs the slight blockiness of Sunspel's version....if that makes sense..

Perfect sense. I think I’ll have to try both the OB and Sunspel versions and see if either work for me.

What's that smell? We discuss the ins and the outs of Bond fragrances including how to apply, how to shop for, what not to do, and a review of MANY of the Bond fragrances available to us. We cover the movies, the Bond girls, literary Bond and even Daniel Craig's influences....

I've got to say, when I saw this morning that the topic of the newest vlog was "Motivation" it sounded king of meh, but I just watched it and it might be my favorite one yet. Lots of good and relatable info! {[]

Nutrition is the foundation to health and wellness, and in this vlog we explore the difference in diet between James Bond the character and Daniel Craig, the actor. We site information and data from Simon Waterson, his trainer, as well as our own experience in evolving our mind and body.

Just wanted to thank you, David, as this vlog was the final straw I needed to go to the doc and finally starting getting back into shape. Due to a number of circumstances, I had really let myself go and crossed the dreaded line between "overweight" and "obesity". As I said, I took professional advice, put my foot down on food selection, and can only say that I'm surprised with the results. They say the first few pounds are easier, but after a couple weeks of healthy eating and moderate exercise (fast-paced walks and very light weight lifting for the time being, until I reach a lower weight and my muscles come a bit back) I've already shed about 5 kg. I feel better already (physically, emotionally, mentally) and I hope these are the first steps back to form.

Just wanted to share for the benefit of any members that might be in a similar situation, though I'm well aware that most gents here have taken good care of their bodies, as Le Chiffre would say.

Awesome video David! Great to see so many AJB members come together, and be able to interact with the displays. That was the smart blood injector next to Q's glasses, mug etc. - one of my favourite props from SP. Pretty cool to see some unused ideas for the DB5 pop up in later films. Note the big 'No Smoking' sign behind the DB5, as seen in Q's lab.
Always have an escape plan. Mine is watching James Bond films.

ugggh, the injector....of course...can I blame it on the excitement? :007)

    Great live video (most recent).

Would have liked to hear more about paid products and events, in light of the 'influencers' episode on the bond tailors podcast. Made me wonder if BondExp is given 'free' billy reid and n. peal stuff, among other things. Great products i'm sure - and it's clear he's bought them for a while before the possibility of being given this stuff from the companies; but it did pique my curiosity.

I guess I always just assumed that David was the recipient of complimentary products from certain brands in exchange for the exposure he provides to his followers. Is that not how the game is played? Perhaps I am mistaken. I’m sure that he can speak to it.

    Nevertheless, I would never purchase an item solely because it’s associated with James Bond (let alone an internet “influencer” who vlogs about James Bond - no offense!), so a paid association wouldn’t really diminish the value of David’s content in my eyes. He’s passionate about the subject matter and if he’s figured out a way to get some extra perks out of it, then good for him. -{

Oh wow, better jump in here.

I have received a few complimentary items from NPeal and Orlebar Brown, but they are far and few between...meaning the massive bulk of items I have of their brand I have paid for. I have never received money, trips, etc from any of these brands. Actually dollar for dollar I am probably one of NPeal's best customers. In fact when we had our day in NYC, guess who plunked down the most money on Npeal goodies? Me, helped generously by my wife... ;)
As I mentioned I found Peter's blog super interesting, and without having known the guidelines I would often say, "Thanks to our friends at "X" we...." But that was much more about being proud of the relationships being created over the years as opposed to guidelines to be frank. My passion comes from loving what these brands do and the way they treat the Bond community and their association with Bond...

Keep up the great work David, the amount of time alone and the effort you put into bringing us information whatever you get is extremely well deserved. In fact we should pay lol. Thanks for what you do. And if you’re in the UK the Vespers are on me

From what I have gathered, David gets incredible treatment from these brands because he is a good customer rather than because of his excellent and influential videos. I can say that from experience, I have been treated better by Bond brands I have supported financially than ones I have just tried to get information from. David puts in what is required to get his great content. That kind of content is rarely given away.
