If it did, it would scare the living daylights out of him. He'd have to try another day.

I was just thinking the other day how the Philippines is another place 007 has never been to. It has some incredible beaches, jungles and many other attractions that are begging to be seen in a major movie.

And in keeping with the status quo; the title for Bond 26 due in 2027 will be "No Time to Diet". 8-)

Slightly off-topic question, but what is the furthest bond has ever been from the UK? Like, geographically the furthest away?

I'm thinking it's between Brazil, Bolivia, Madagascar, and Japan?

I have a world map poster, and from just looking at it, Japan is definitely a good shout. But the other 3 I mentioned also look like good shouts, would be nice if anyone had a definite answer.

But if I would hazard a guess out of those 4, I'd probably also say Japan.

Drax's cradle of the heavens would surely be the furthest. :D

According to www.freemaptools.com these are the distances from London in km:

    Tokyo: 9561.53
    Rio de Janairo: 9276.42
    La Paz, Bolivia: 9651.20
    Antanarivo, Madagascar: 9093.16

This means Bolivia, not Japan is the furthest away. Other than Rio I measured capitals. The numbers were surprisingly close, but I don't think that's desicive. (could be wrong again)

Thanks for the info. Interesting that Bolivia is the furthest, but yeah looking at my map it did seem a close call between all 4 of those.

If Bond ever goes to Australia (which he should) then that would easily take the crown.
