Can we block?

A seller who bumps his own threads multiple times a day is a bit much. And it's literally all they've done since joining, so I assume it's allowed. Is there a way to block a user so their activity doesn't show up as new posts/activity on a forum? Tired of clicking to see the "new posts" and it's just them asking why anyone hasn't bought their item yet
