It has DG on the cover and there is Bond content throughout, with a good article with Craig. The questions are kind of stupid in the interview, but DG is an interesting guy.

For those of us in North America, you pay around $9 for it, but it's a good read.

    I was finally able to get a hold of one of these bad boys.

    It is good and it goes through his workout, however, the workout is not what he did. It is fair to say that sharing his overall workout and meal plan will not happen.

    There was also a good interview with DC in the UK Marie Claire magazine, a bit more about him personally which was interesting and some great candid-esque photos too.
