great to see timothy dalton on bbc breakfast this morning and he will be on this morning on itv tomorrow wednesday...he looked good and was very easygoing and good natured about his bond and craigs

    I have just seen Timothy Dalton's interview at the BBC's website. And doesn't he look very well. Naturally, most of the talk is about Hot Fuzz but the subject of James Bond is raised. Dalton calls Daniel Craig terrific and says that Casino Royale is a huge step forward.

    I watched this too.

    He seemed to be talking about Bond briefly.....something of a rarity for Dalton!

    Thanks, MNL! Very good interview...I thought Dalton looked quite good. He's got rather better at this over the intervening 20 years---gracious and engaging---said some very nice things about Craig (with which I agree). Truth be told, CR was more suited to Dalton's strengths, IMO, than the two scripts he got.

    "Hot Fuzz" looks like a good time. Timothy Dalton as a store manager...who knew? :))

    BTW...Dalton's now my favourite to play Andrew Bond in a future PTS, depicting the tragic events on the Aiguille de la Perseverance...

    Lovely interview !!! Good to see Tim looking so well, he has aged fantastically ( maybe he should do some more Bonds hahahahha )

    He said goods things about CR, which should be a feather in Daniels cap.

    Nice things about Daniel Craig. And Eamon Holmes, astute as ever, brought up that he was ahead of his time. Tims starting to get teh acclaim he deserves...

    He has definitely mellowed over the years. He did seem very relaxed and friendly. He was even talking about his son which at one time would have been an absolute no no. Great interview and for once an interviewer who seemed to know what he was talking about. I have a new regard for Eammon Holmes :)

    And by the reviews he is receiving he's a very good one :))

    I really enjoyed Hot Fuzz. I'm still laughing at some of the lines.

    Its great to see TD back on the big screen ( and the little one ;) ) and great to hear his opinions about Craig and CR. He seemed very genuine and enthusiastic.

    Eammon Holmes is something of a Bond fan. He was one of the celebrities who appeared in the Top Ten Best Ever Bond moments that Roger Moore presented around the time of DAD's release.

    Some very good interviews, I saw Hot Fuzz today, which contrasted nicely with Lisence to kill, that I was watching this morning.
