You should get the ones in the second link. The shoe seen in CR are the ankle boots. Also order 1/2 a size up. I wear a size 10 sneaker but when I ordered these shoes from Zappos I ordered 1/2 up and they fit correctly and so I am happy I did not order my usual size. Hope this helps.
When I saw the pic in Bond On Set, I thought they looked like a pair of leather Converse Chuck Taylors. I looked through a ton of sites trying to find them. Oh well. Glad to have them.
I guess I'm not one to display wearable costumes/props. I've got a screen used leather jacket from Lethal Weapon 4(the black one with off white stripes) that I wear. I just seems a waste not to.
About the orange stripe on the front not being visible in the movie: I think they just took a black marker and blackened it, so it doesn't distract or flash to brightly in the movie. They probably had the shoes toughened up a little before use anyway to make 'm look more used.
Does anyone know who stocks these in the Uk, been looking for ages and still no avail. There is someone on ebay who sells them but they seem to have pairs for very small or large feet. Any help would be very much appreciated.

There are some GREAT pics on this site that clearly show his Converse shoes have been blackened out both front AND back...two pics in particular show this....I am going to be doing this to the ones I will have on display.

I should have ordered a half-size larger. The US 9.5s I ordered (my true size) pinch and feel tight. I have to wear them unlaced to feel remotely comfortable. Too bad, because I love the style. Since I have no interest in displaying them, is anyone interested in a size US 9.5, lightly worn? If not, I'll probably eBay them and then get the 10s.
Got my pair a few days ago, been wearing them non stop. They are very, very comfortable and would highly recommend them. If you do decide to get them fallow what the others said and get 1/2 a size bigger. I wear a 12 1/2 normally and got the 13's and they fit brilliantly.

I think with wear they do give a little though. My tens fit much better than when I got them although I think a 10.5 might be a little better.
