Newspaper Article about my Trip

Hi, This is a newspaper article about the trip, that I just took. There is a picture of Trina Parks (Thumper of DAF) and my mom in there. The swimming pool in the background is the swimming pool, where Bond tried to drown Thumper. I took the picture, because my mom knows very little about Bond. Yet, when I mentioned Trina to her, she somehow remembered her from the pool.

Here is the article:

My Trip To Out West in the Newspaper

Can't believe that word is not used in the US. Not really an appropriate thing to say about his wife though.

Hi, Just to clarify. I'm not sure which lady in the article, you're talking about, but I'm not married.

In the first picture, you see my mom and dad and Gary and Joan Johnson.

The second picture is Trina Parks and my mom.

The third picture has my mom and dad, Hunter Gomez and his parents and then me in the background.

    :)

It was nice seeing your folks. A very fine- looking couple. My late mother and father and the apple of their eye -- Baby Highhopes -- lived in Amsterdam for a year or so in the mid-'50s. In fact, I still have some old 8-mm films of my mother pushing me around in a carriage with barges and windmills in the background. They always said the Dutch were so nice to them.I've always had a yen to go for a visit. Thanks for the pictures and story.
