Moonraker costume

I'm attending a James Bond themed costume party in a few weeks. I'm planning on putting together a gold/yellow spacesuit as seen in Moonraker. I've found some pictures online, and I see there is a little insiginia on the breast that says something around the logo. Does anyone know what it says?
