Apparently Bond travels through Slovenia when on the train in FRML. Obviously not a filming location. And the yacht in CR was shipped through Slovenia.
Not what your looking for but that's the slimmest associations with bond I can find. I have been to Slovenia and some of it is very beautiful, would make a good filming location.
