I have the K800 that Bond uses in CR. The only problem is I have the black one. How easy is it to change the outer casing and where is the best place to pick up the cover and keys to make it silver

I don't know if you can change the "fascia" cover, that usually lets you change the entire front cover of the phone to your prefered choice of cover.

IF YOU CANT change the cover at all and it is impossible.

mask the photne very well and get mirror reflective spray paint by plasticoat and give it 1 or 2 light coats then a protective clear laqure coat. should look like the original silver version.

But removing the cover and replacing it would be the best option.
