Mistake in Moonraker DVD

Does James Bond say 'actually he' or 'actually i' when talking about the flower with M and Q?
In the subtitles it says 'he' put i swear he says 'i'. it would also fit in with bond being cool.

what does anyone else think?

If I remember correctly, Bond was talking about the man who discovered the orchid that was once thought to be extinct. Therefore, Bond said "he."
